How do I return my order?
If you require an exchange or refund, please send your order back to us via a tracked delivery service with the enclosed returns form completed to the address below. How long will it take for a return to be processed?
Returns may take 4-5 working days from our receipt of the return to be processed, with refunds taking a further 3-5 working days to be credited.(This may increase due to reasons beyond our control.)
